Raimond Baumans

Biography

 Raimond V. Baumans, Chief Marketing Officer for Antea Group USA, has more than 24 years of experience in the environmental, health, safety and sustainability (EHS&S) consulting industry. As CMO, Raimond is currently accountable for leading Antea Group’s Marketing and Business Development function. He led the development of Antea Group USA’s current framework for marketing and business development, defining how the firm interfaces with its target markets and clients. Prior to his current assignment, Raimond has held various executive management and management roles within Antea Group and Delta Consultants (an Antea Group heritage company). He has served as Managing Director of Antea Group’s Global Oil and Gas Business Group (2009-2011); Vice President of the Petroleum Division (2006-2010); Vice President of the BP Client Division (2000-2006) and General Manager in the BP Client Division (1999-2000). He was formerly the Executive Vice President at Baltec Associates, Inc. (Baltec), a New York based regional consulting firm.  As a Senior Consultant in Antea Group, Raimond is the Account Leader for various Antea Group clients, including the firm’s largest client, BP plc. In this capacity, he facilitates BP’s relationship with over 200 resources serving various BP businesses globally. Raimond served as Antea Group’s board representative for its BP Inogen Joint Venture, a formal business relationship with the German consulting firm HPC ag, successfully operated from 2006-2013.  In 2013 this contract was transitioned to Antea Group via a new three (3) year contract award.  Raimond also served as the shareholder representative for both Delta and Baltec (his prior employer) in the formal business joint venture and strategic alliance partnership with BP heritage company, Amoco Oil Company (the Amoco Marketing Environmental Services Company). This joint venture was founded in 1996 as a unique business accountable to manage Amoco’s retail portfolio liabilities nationwide. The joint venture was successfully concluded in 2001. Raimond was instrumental in negotiating the sale of Baltec’s consulting assets to Delta Consultants (now Antea Group USA) in 1999.
