Biography
Srini Vasan is a member of the Apex Board of Directors. A key member of Apex in its early stages, Srini was the architect of Apex’s GIS software solution and was instrumental in building its engineering business. During over 20 years with Apex, Srini served in multiple roles including Vice President of Technology, President of Engineering Solutions and Chief Commercial Officer. After leaving Apex he founded a new start-up, Rista Mobility a technology products company with an ambitious vision to transform the way retail sales transactions are conducted between businesses and consumers. Srini continues to apply his technological and entrepreneurial expertise to Apex as an integral member of the board.
