Biography
Nirmala comes with over two decades of experience in practice of concepts, philosophy, methodologies and strategies of learning and development. She is a professional trainer, coach and mentor too. Her programs transform individuals to compassionate, empathetic and impressionable professionals. Some of the organizations she has worked in are Satyam, Indian Immunological Institute, DragoCo, EMRI and S4 Carlisle. She is responsible for creating and implementing innovative and engaging training programs along with the clinical team to have a transformational experience for all our employees. A double post graduate, research scholar from CIEFL, a certified Business Professional Instructor by IBTA and well equipped to head Apollo Homecare Learning center, she believes life has been the best teacher.
