Biography
Matt founded Appian at age 26. He won Dartmouth’s award for top economics graduate, class of ’94. He is active in Virginia government and serves on the board of three prominent institutions: the Virginia Public Access Project (VPAP), the Sorensen Institute, and the Northern Virginia Technology Council PAC. He is the author of three boardgames and winner of several game design awards. Matt is frequently a top finisher at the World Boardgaming Championships.
