Biography
Dr. Asish Kumar Mukherjee has spare headed the healthcare research and services for more than four decades with special focus on the management and rehabilitation of Physically Handicapped . In the past he has held many coveted positions which includes Director General of Health Services, Government of India, Secretary – General of the Indian Red Cross and Chief of the Medical Council of India. He is Executive Board Member and a Chair of Health and Function Commission of Rehab International (RI) an Advisory body to the United Nations.
