Dr. Shantanu Sarkar is currently working as a Senior Principal Scientist & Group Leader in the Department of Geotechnical Engineering, Architecture and Building Research Institute , India. His research interests includes Engineering Geology & Geotechnical Engineering.Landslide Disaster Mitigation, Slope Stability Assessment, Remote Sensing & GIS. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Shantanu Sarkar is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Engineering Geology & Geotechnical Engineering.Landslide Disaster Mitigation, Slope Stability Assessment, Remote Sensing & GIS.
