"Dr. K. R. Srimurthy is a Laparoscopic Surgeon at Cloudnine Kids, Bangalore. With an enormous experience of more than 4 decades in handling hernias in children and adults. He performs procedures like Appendicectomy; Cholecystectomy; Repair of Hernia, Ovarian cysts; Hysterectomy; Tubectomy; Release of adhesions; Liver biopsy; Nephrectomy; Perforation of ulcer; Meckels diverticulum & Colectomy; and Rectal prolapse & AP resection. In his past he was president of IAPS (Indian Association of Paediatric Surgeons) and Vice-President of Laparoscopic Surgeons of India (AMASI). He has the experience of both Open and Laparoscopic Surgery in over a 1000 cases and has presented the experience in many national & international forums."
