Dr. D.V. Phani Kumar is currently working as a Scientist in the Department of Science and Technology, Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences , India. His research interests includes Ionospheric Irregularities by using RADAR and Ionosonde, Meteor physics, Lower atmospheric dynamics. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. D.V. Phani Kumar is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
