Biography
Dave Hamblin has worked as VP, Engineering Metro-Optix and as Chief Architect at Alcatel in USA at their Transmission Division. He held key engineering positions at other Telecom organizations and has extensive background in Fiber-Optics, NMS, EMS, NOC and interface protocols. NMS developed under him have been deployed at Bell Atlantic, WorldCom, MCI and other premier US Telecom Operators. He has 28 years experience from designing, developing, deploying and commissioning the fiber-optic and NMS/SEMS systems. He hold MS in EE from University of TEXAS at Austin, USA
