Biography
Dr.G.Prasad Rao is the Founder, Director and senior consultant at Asha Hospital. After completing his training in Psychiatry at “Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research”, Chandigarh. He has been in clinical practice for the last 32 years. He is having vast experience in both Academic, Research and Clinical Practice. Currently he is the Secretary of Indian Psychiatric Society.
Research Interest
Worked as Junior Resident in Psychiatry for Two Years between 1st September and 31st August 1983 in NIMHANS, Bangalore. Worked as Junior Resident in Psychiatry for Two Years in Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, from 1.1.84 to 31.12.1985. Worked as Asst. Research Officer under a Central Drug Research Institute Project from 1st September 1983 to December 15th, 1983. Worked as Senior Resident in Psychiatry Department, PGIMER, and Chandigarh till 1987 February.
