Biography
Mr. Sudhakar Gande has over two decades of experience in the areas of Investment Banking, Corporate Finance and Venture Development. During his career he held several prestigious positions including, Senior Director – American Express Bank and as Managing Director of a leading Private Sector Bank etc. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of Axis Aerospace & Technologies Pvt. Ltd, a leading Aerospace and Defence Company in India. He is also a Director with Jupiter Capital, a Venture Management Development Company. He is also a Director of Hindusthan Infrastructure Projects & Engineering Pvt. Ltd, (HIPE) an Infrastructure Development Company implementing various Infrastructure Projects in the areas of Transportation and Logistics etc. including a Joint Venture with Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), Singapore. Mr. Gande holds an M.Tech (Electronics & Computers) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and MBA in Finance from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University.
