Biography
J Sridhar is B.Com from Madras Christian College, Madras University, LL B from New Law College, Bombay University & Masters in Management Sciences (MMS) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune University. Sridhar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1976) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (1978). He has done Ph. D from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has also completed a Senior Executive Development Programme from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Prior to joining Bajaj Auto as Company Secretary in 2001, he was the CFO & CS of Maharashtra Scooters Ltd (Bajaj Group) for 22 years from 1979. He was the President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in 2000.
