Biography
DR. AMARNATH MOHANTY currently working as a Professor in the Department of Political Science in Banaras Hindu University .He received his M.Phil./Ph.D degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, in 1984 and completed his MA from University of Delhi in 1987.
