Biography
Dr. B. Pandey currently working as a Professor in the Department of Geology in Banaras Hindu University .He received hisPh.D degree from Banaras Hindu University, in 1993 and completed his M.Sc. from Banaras Hindu University in 1987 and B.Sc in 1985 from Banaras Hindu University.
Research Interest
Mesozoic ammonoid paleontology and biostratigraphy, long distance intercontinental correlation, depositional framework, sea-level cyclicity, sequence stratigraphy, paleobiogeography, faunal provincialism, migration routes particularly in and around the Indo - East-African marine faunal province of the southern hemisphere, high resolution ammonoid bichronologic refinement in the Indian Jurassic.
