Biography
He did Ph.D. in August 2005 on Changing Dimensions of Law relating to Medical Negligence. He is a U.G.C Merit Scholarship holder in LL.M and J.R.F for Ph.D. He started teaching career from Agra College, Agra in July 1996 as Lecturer and later joined Law School, B.H.U as Reader in Nov, 2006. He served as a convener in different committees and superintendent in exams. His 8 Articles are published till date in various Nationals and International journals. He has also authored One Book. He has attended 8 Seminars till date. His areas of specialization are Commercial Laws, Consumer Protection Law and Jurisprudence.
