Biography
He completed his LLB and LLM from DDU Gorakhpur University . He obtained his PhD in International Law from Delhi University . He started his teaching career in the year 1996 and joined Law Faculty, BHU in the year 2006 as Reader. He has written several papers and articles in the leading law journals of the country and is an occasional contributor to the 'Statesman', a leading newspaper of India . He has also authored a book on the Transfer of Property Act, Published by the University Book House, Jaipur. His areas of specialization are International Law and Human Rights
