Prof. Goutam Banerjee working as a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Banaras Hindu University ,Varanasi and have done BSc. Engg. in (Civil Engg.) from B.I.T. Sindri (Ranchi University), M.E. in (Structural Engg.) from N.I.T. Rourkela (Sambalpur University) and Ph.D.(Structural Engg.) from IIT Kharagpur.
