Dr. Rudra Prakash Rai

Biography

He did LL.B. and LL.M. from Faculty of Law, BHU and completed Ph. D. in the year 1997 on Access to Justice to the Poor with special reference to Rewa District of Madhya Pradesh from APS University, Rewa. Under his able guidance 10 students are awarded Ph.D. degree and 4 students are presently enrolled under him. He has supervised more than 30 LL.M. desertions till date. He has a teaching experience of more than 29 years at U.G and P.G Level. He has one book to his credit titled Access to Justice to the Poor. He has written 13 articles which are published in various reputed journals. He has been a visiting faculty of Department of History, HRD Department, MBA Department, MSW Department of APS University, Rewa. He has also been visiting faculty in Makhan Lal Chaturvedi University of Journalism, Bhopal. He is former Head, P.G. Department & Research Center, Govt. TRS College, Rewa. He has been the former Chairman of Board of Studies and a member of Academic Council, APS University, Rewa; and has also been former Head, Govt. State Law College, Bhopal and the former Chairman of Board of Studies and a member of Academic Council, Berkatullah University, Bhopal. He is an Editorial Member of Survey of Social Sciences, Moradabad.
