Biography
Ms. Usha A Narayanan is a Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of Audit experience as Audit Partner with PriceWaterhouse from 1992 to 2013. She was one of the first women to be admitted to Partnership in 1997 and has served as Lead Engagement Partner on large Indian listed companies and Indian subsidiaries of multinationals. She is also a qualified Company Secretary. She has deep knowledge and understanding on assessing business risks and controls, Company Law, Accounting and Auditing standards and their application to business. She was a member of PW India Assurance Leadership Team for four years from 2009 to 2013 and also led the National Human Capital Function for the Assurance practice. She is also actively involved in social service.
