Biography
Dr. Manish Joshi works as a Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist, HPB Surgeon and Advanced Laparoscopic & Bariatric Surgeon at the BGS Global Hospitals, Bangalore. He had earlier served as Head of Surgical Gastroenterology services at St. John's Medical College Hospital, Bangalore for almost 3 years.He completed his MBBS from the Gulbarga University. He has an MS and a Diploma in General Surgery as well as Surgical Gastroenterology. Dr. Manish pursued his MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
Research Interest
He received a Fellowship in Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplantation in the year 2007. He also has a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery(2007) as well as in Colorectal Surgery(2013). Being in the medical field for many years now, Dr. Manish Joshi has worked under eminent names like Dr. Ramesh Ardhanari, Dr. Adarsh Chaudhary and Dr. Pradeep Chowbey. He has also been trained in the UK for Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Procedures. He is currently the Head of Department of Surgical Gastroenterology and Minimally Invasive Surgery providing comprehensive & advanced Surgical care for patients with Digestive diseases including cancer care.
