Biography

I have over 15 years of experience as a legal counsel with reputed pharma companies like Bayer, Cipla, Wockhardt and Macleods pharma.  As I am come from a hard core pharma background, I have experience and acumen in devising complex contracts both in domestic as well as international arena. I understand the business and process risk associated in structuring legal documents in complex pharma domain.  On work front, I envisage the mapping of documents with the regulations and SOP, apart from executing documents to precision. I also try strategizing on probable risks, consciously attempting to de-risk wherever possible. I also try ensuring putting a lot of efforts also is put into due diligence.
