A scientific management professional with more than 15 years of expertise in the R&D and production of biologics and approved by DCGI as a compitent technical person for the manufacturing of recombinent biologics.Expertize in the complete processing of biotherapeutics,small biomolecules and enzymes from R&D to pilot/commercial scale production.Good hands on cGMP & QMS,QBD of Mfg., procedures for diffrent biological products and spreheading new molecules development. Manage the coordinatin and execution of the specific technical functions of the new projects. Worked for recombinent streptokinase,Insulin,GCSF and Presently spare heading biologics commercial production and few new NDA's for biologics,vaccines and topical biological ointment, creams formulation devision.
Research Interest
Fermentation,microbilogy&downstream processing of biotechnolgically derived products.Technology transfer for new products,process optimization studies and yield improvement studies, Internal and extranal auidets execution,validations IQ,OQ&PQ studies studies,preparation of cGMP documentation for new facilities and implementation of QMS in formulation facilities,trouble shooting in critical production set-up and efficient production planning,cost reduction in terms of process cycle optimization and lowering the manufacturing inventory by effective tools. Budgetary preparation for new projects start-up and CAPEX & OPEX preparation.
