Biography
Dr.SHASHIKANT.Y.KULGOD is a Senior consultant looking after Surgery & Surgical Gastroenterology Department. He has done MBBS from JNMedical College in the year 1990. He then completed M.S (Gen.Surg) from prestigious KEM Hospital & Seth GS Medical college Mumbai in the year 1994. After brief practice in Ramdurg, Dr Kulgod proceeded to England in quest of further specialization in Gastro intestinal & Laparoscopic Surgery. He received Fellowship from both the Royal College of surgeons of Edinburgh & Glasgow in the year 1997. He received his higher education & specialization in various premier institutions in England & UK from 1997-2003. Since 2003 he is working in Belgaum & made a name for himself in advanced laparoscopic surgery and Gastro Intestinal cancer surgery.
