Biography

 Masters in Biotechnology and entire nine plus years capability in altered areas like research, process R&D,and Production experience in the field of Biology.  Research Scientist in Biological E Ltd doing research study on thrombotic disorders. Research Associate in Dept. of Virology, Drug Discovery, Hetero Research Foundation (HRF), working on HIV-1 screening and evaluation of NCEs for Cytotoxicity, Antiviral activity, potency and selectivity under Bio Safety Level-3 facility; Handled QC and Antigen production (fermentation) of Rabies and FMD Vaccines as a junior technical officer in BRILLIANT INDUSTRIES LIMITED (VACCINE DIVISION). I have good Handling experience in cell culture techniques, viral handling, and Molecular Biology & Microbial techniques. Specialties: Having proven experience in Bacterial, Viral, and Mammalian expression systems. Having sound knowledge and experience in the production and purification of viral (antigens) proteins, knowledge on monoclonal antibodies etc. Having performed Cell Culture Assays and Validations. Capable of writing project proposals and handling projects independently. Practicing Biosafety and other rDNA Regulatory norms.
