Biography

FDA - Approved Microbiologist with nearly 12 years of experience in Audit Compliance, Process Operations and Team Management in Quality Control Division. I am proficient at adhering to audit compliance / review of documents in Macleod’s Group during / after the regulatory audits. I am instrumentally involved in scrutinising and mapping SOP’s, STP’s, SPEC’s, GTP’s, Validation Protocols, etc. as well as involved in documentation as per USP/Ph. Eur/BP/JP & IP. I started my career as a Chemist (Microbiology Department) with Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. and gradually rose to a level of Dy. Manager – Q.C. (Quality Control Department) with Biocon Ltd. I played a vital role in dealing with Water System Validations, Product Validations, AHU / VU Validations and other Routine Test Validations like Cleaning Validations, Media Validations, Bioburden Validation for Process Bags / Packing Materials.

Research Interest

 Calibrations and validations of each & every equipment in microbiology lab.  Preparation of trends for water and environmental monitoring for audits. In addition to this, I am pivotal in maintaining both Microbiology Labs (Cef and Non Cephalosporin’s). I hold the distinction of being Head of Microbiology Lab and supervised the Quality Control Department in the absence of HOD. I am stellar at maintaining the IQ, OQ, DQ and PQ of all instruments & equipment’s. I demonstrated strong abilities in managing process operations as per the defined time/ cost parameters.
