Currently working for Biocon Ltd as a Principal scientist in Research and development wing. My role revolves around process development from scratch, its validation and successful scale up.
Research Interest
various aspects of downstream process development like multiple modes of Chromatography and its scale up, filtration operation covering ultra,dia and micro-filtration, protein clarification at upstream stage, protein Solubilization and refolding, process validation using design of experiments.
