Biography
Mr. Steven S. McGuire is Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. McGuire is the president of Texoga, serves as Managing Director as well as Project Manager for the Houston Clean Energy Park project. Mr. McGuire served as the Company’s chief executive officer and was formerly Chairman, CEO or President of three energy and technology companies that had operations in three countries and over 200 employees. Mr. McGuire is a 1977 graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana (B.S. Physics) and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Society of Professional Well Log Analysts.
