Edwin R. Fineman

Biography

dwin R. Fineman, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, has more than 33 years experience in a wide range of finance and operations roles in the biotechnology, medical device, business services, industrial products and computer companies. Ed has held positions of responsibility in companies ranging from start-up enterprises to large, publicly-traded multi-national corporations. Prior to joining Biolog, Ed was V.P. Finance and Corporate Controller for WageWorks, Inc; Director of Finance for Acuson Corporation, Divisional Controller for Raychem Corporation and Divisional Finance Manager for Amdahl Corporation. Ed has a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a M.B.A. degree from the McCombs School of Business at University of Texas, Austin.
