Biography
Senior Executive Vice President, Public Affairs Gary Andres is Senior Executive Vice President for Public Affairs at BIO. He is responsible for Bio’s State and Federal Government Relations Departments, its Communications Department and its Alliance Development and External Relations Department. Prior to joint Bio, Gary was Majority Staff Director of the House Energy and Commerce Committee from January 2011 until February 2017. He was also the Vice Chairman, Strategic Communications, Polling and Research at Dutko Worldwide from 1993 until 2010, where he oversaw the firm’s work with clients helping to develop and deliver their key messages and advocacy ideas to Capitol Hill and the executive branch.
