Biography
Dr. (Mrs.) Swati Tripathi is presently working as Scientist ‘C’ at Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeosciences loacted at Lucknow, India. Dr. (Mrs.) Swati Tripathi got Ph.D. (Palaeobotany) awarded in 2011 from University of Lucknow and M.Sc. (Botany) awarded in 2007 from University of Lucknow, Triple Gold Medalist. She worked as Junior Research Fellow in DST sponsored project dealing with Quaternary palaeovegetation and climate changes from upper Assam area through pollen records and Birbal Sahni Research Associate in BSIP Project from Upper Assam and adjoining areas of Arunachal Pradesh.
Research Interest
Quaternary Climate change through biological proxies especially pollen, spores, diatoms, etc.
