Biography
Mr. Veeru K. Singh is presently working as Scientist ‘D’ at Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeosciences loacted at Lucknow, India. Mr. Veeru K. Singh qualification includes Post Graduation (M.Sc.) from Geology Department, University of Lucknow, Lucknow, India in the year 2002.
Research Interest
Although I am mostly a geologist by training however, my main research interest is Precambrian Micropalaeontology (the study of studies of morphology, systematic, distribution in time and space, and evolution of unicellular/multicellular organisms, as presented in fossil records) in order to buildup the sedimentary history in assessment of palaeoecology, biostratigraphy as well as to deduce the palaeoenvironment of the fossil bearing strata through the ages in global perspectives.
