Nirmal Kishore

Biography

Nirmal Kishore is the Head of Personal Loans and Business Loans at Aditya Birla Finance Limited (ABFL). He is responsible to build a sustainable, profitable & scalable model and driving the growth of our newest business in retail segment. Nirmal's prior experience and exposure in various roles has enabled him in building this new team from scratch, setting up the distribution and also in developing the product, processes and systems. With 17 years of diverse experience in banking and financial Services, Nirmal has worked with organizations such as GE, Standard Chartered Bank prior to joining ABFL. Over the years he has been in several different roles across Sales, Quality, Product and Collections. In each of these positions, Nirmal has demonstrated enthusiastic leadership and exceptional customer focus. Before Joining ABFL he was heading secured collections in Standard Chartered Bank. Nirmal joined ABFL as Head Collections, Recovery & FCU with a task of handling 2 activities- minimizing the Fraud Risk and managing Credit Losses in ABFL eco-system. He was instrumental in setting up strong structure & culture of efficient Collections & Fraud control in ABFL.
