Prosenjit Aich

Biography

Prosenjit Aich is the Senior Vice President & Head – Digital Finance for Aditya Birla Finance. In this role he is responsible for managing the P&L and build-out of the Digital Financing vertical of Aditya Birla Finance. He is additionally functionally responsible for the Product and Process verticals including the Marketing function across the entire NBFC and HFC businesses. The Product and Process vertical brings in focused accountability across various business lines in terms of P&L effectiveness, new product / process development, portfolio management and implementing optimal marketing solutions across. He is also responsible for creating new avenues of revenue streams with a focus on driving optimal pricing behaviour across product lines. Having worked with Barclays and Standard Chartered Bank in his previous roles, Prosenjit brings with him in-depth experience in the assets business. His last assignment prior to taking up this role was with Barclays Bank as Head Products – Retail Assets Group. His responsibilities have included product and portfolio management strategy development and execution, management of day to day operations, business development, managing the retail assets buy and sell side transactions, etc. He is an Economics graduate from Delhi University and has completed his Masters of Business Administration from IIM Calcutta.
