Biography
Sujatha Sudheendra is the Head Human Resource. In this role, Sujatha is responsible for human resource function in ABFL which includes infrastructure and project finance. Sujatha has been instrumental in leading the trajectory growth of ABFL. She has been ensuring Functional capability built up – developing and nurturing teams with a high degree of functional proficiencies and performance delivery. Sujatha joined ABFSG in September 2008 and has been instrumental in driving the group's overall strategic mandate for Talent Management, which includes the integration of Talent Assessment data with Succession Planning. Apart from successfully rolling out OHS across ABFSG, Sujatha was instrumental in formulating various key HR policies for the organization. Sujatha moved to Aditya Birla Finance in November 2010 and heads Human Resources. Sujatha has over 17 plus years of work experience. Before joining ABFSG, she had worked at Fortis Healthcare, India and was Unit Head HR there. Sujatha has done her Ph.D, Psychology from Amity Business School.
