He Tieshi is working as an Associate Professor in the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Bohai University, Chennai. Teaching fine chemical technology, organic spectral analysis, analytical chemistry and other undergraduate and graduate courses. Mainly in the field of optoelectronic functional materials for scientific research. He published 20 more than papers, including SCI included 7 papers; two patented invention; publication of" super capacitor preparation and application "monograph.
