Biography
Gary Jandegian became a Non-Executive Director of Cardno Limited in March 2016. He has more than 35 years of experience in a range of executive and leadership roles in the engineering and construction industry. Gary spent 24 years at leading engineering, design and construction firm, URS Corporation, where he led the company’s Infrastructure and Environment Division for more than a decade. This generated annual revenues approaching US$4 billion with more than 20,000 employees across almost 50 countries. Gary was a key member of the URS executive management and risk management committees and worked across investor relations, mergers and acquisitions and change management. He was also responsible for an Executive Account Management sales model resulting in several multi-hundred million dollar accounts in the energy sector which was fundamental to URS’s growth strategy. He has served as a member of the Environment & Energy Committee, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Silicon Valley COO Roundtable and the Industry Leaders Council, American Society of Civil Engineers, Washington DC.
