Biography

"Fatema Nayea is the Executive Director of Julphar since September 2016. In her role, she is responsible for the development and the monitoring of the organization performance, and for the alignment of the company’s strategy and structure. Fatema plays a strategic role in the overall vision and execution of Julphar’s corporate goals. She has 14 years of extensive experience in the management of the Human Resources department and was holding the position of HR Director at Julphar until August 2016. During her time as head of the Human Resources department, she successfully led the team to maximize employees’ performance, achieve business goals and ensure the company receives HR support. Compilation of her work includes: accountability and responsibility for business partnering, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & development, performance management and talent management.
