Three years of experience in Stem cell research and therapy at KIMS Hospitals & Global Hospital Hyderabad  Developing protocol for stem cell isolation, characterization & Differentiation under cGMP norms.  Designing clean room facility and obtaining approval from DCGI for development of clinical grade stem cell product  Involved in making SOPs, ICF, IB, Clinical Study Reports and Case Report Forms for Clinical Trials  Four years of experience in Research & Development at Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) Hyderabad.  Identification of Biomarkers for diagnosis and therapy of cancer  Completed PhD. (Biotechnology) from Banaras Hindu University and University of Tokushima Japan   Immunotherapeutic approaches for cancer   Extensive experience working with animal mice models and cell lines in Japan & India since doctoral studies  Acquainted with the operation & data analysis of Confocal Microscope, Live cell imaging, Apotome, Flow Cytometry and Real Time PCR for the past eight years   Proven track record of working in various research projects with scientific planning, execution, application of methodologies, documentation and presentation of research findings  Published 11 research articles in peer reviewed international journals  Filed international patent to CSIR on Biomarker for breast cancer diagnosis  Highly oriented with an analytical bent of mind and a positive attitude
