Experience: Visiting Professor, IISc Bangalore, since superannuation and retirement from IIT Madras in the year 2006. Professor in the Division of Micoelectronics in the EE Department at IIT Madras, 1984-2006. Visiting Professor in the EE Department, University of Washington, Seattle, USA, on Sabbatical leave form IITM, Jan to Dec 1999. Assistant professor in EE Dept at IITM, 1981-1983. Post Doctoral Research Associate, ECSE Dept, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY, USA, 1979 – 1981. Lecturer, EE department IITM 1974-1979. On deputation from IITM for higher studies in Microelectronics at RPI Troy NY USA, 1973-1974. Associate Lecturer in EE Dept. at IITM 1969-1973.
