Biography
His expertise includes Fisheries Science - Marine Biofunctional Materials; Utilization of byproducts/wastes from animal/fish processing along with employed as principal scientist at CFTRI. Awarded with Japanese Govt. Scholarship 2002 for pursuing Higher Research in Fisheries Science, he was awarded with Dr MS Swaminathan Award for Best Fisheries Scientist (Indian) – 2006 awarded by Professional Fisheries Graduates Forum (PFGF), Mumbai in 2008 and awarded with JSPS-Invitational Fellowship for Research in Fisheries Science awarded by the Japanese Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS), Govt. of Japan.
