Dr. Mrs. M.N. Shashirekha is currently a Senior Principal Scientist in the Department of fruit and vegetable technology Central Food Technological Research Institute, India. She completed Bsc, Msc and Phd in University of Mysore.
Research Interest
Post-harvest technology for extension of storage life of fresh fruits and vegetables, Processing and development of value added products from fruits, vegetables and mushrooms, Chemistry and bio-chemistry of mushrooms, fruits and vegetables, Large scale mushroom production and processing.
