Dr.Pradeep Singh Negi is currently a Senior Principal Scientist in the Department of fruit and vegetable technology Central Food Technological Research Institute, India. He completed BSc in G.B.Pant Univ. of Ag. & Tech., Pantnagar, MSc in G.B.Pant Univ. of Ag. & Tech., Pantnagar and PhD in Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi.

Postharvest Technology and Biotechnology of Fruits & Vegetables, Bioactive compounds from natural sources and agro-industrial by-products, Non-thermal processing of liquid foods.
