Biography
He has been an active researcher handling several DST, DBT funded projects apart from in-house projects. He has been a consultant to several food industries. He is the faculty member for Msc-Food Technology (offered by CFTRI). Field of research experience include supercritical CO2 extraction, molecular distillation, particle size analysis and design of experiments.He has published about 50 research papers in leading international peer reviewed journal apart from holding several patents.
