Biography
Mr. Srinivas. A is currently a Senior Principal Scientist in the Department of Grain science and technology Central Food Technological Research Institute, India. He completed B.E (Mechanical), M.E (Management) Softwares: AutoCad Inventor, Catia, Solidworks, LabView, HyperWorks. He is a Life Member of Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (India).
Research Interest
Grain processing and engineering (design, development & testing of grain processing machinery at pilot scale & commercial scales), teaching, project management, technology transfer & business development activities. Processing different grains to suit specific product requirements, scale – up of operations, preparation of reports, presentation to higher authorities, interaction with industry captains and funding agencies are some of the facets of work. Presently working as the Nodal Officer in setting up of the Global Centre of Excellence in Rice Processing at this Institute.
