P. Siluvainathan is currently a Principal Scientist in the Department of Planning, Monitoring & Coordination Central Food Technological Research Institute, India. He completed Graduation in Bharathidasan University, Thiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu, PostGraduation in Bharathidasan University, Thiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu.
Research Interest
Design and Development of e-Interface, Bio functional properties of irradiated by-products of Aquatic and Agro-Processing (BAAP) - Sub-Component: Food Irradiation Information Database, Assessment of Logistic towards the establishment of mega food park, Turmeric standards preparation based on physical and chemical parameters.
