Biography
Currently he is employed as senior principal scientist at CFTRI with expertise in Postharvest Technology Biotechnology Non-Thermal Processing.He has teaching experience of postgraduate students for more than 20 years at CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore, India.
Research Interest
His area of research interest is fruit and vegetable technology. Extraction of bioactive compounds from natural sources and agro-industrial by-products.
