Research Interest
His expertise is to study the genetic diversity and functional properties of lactic acid bacteria(LAB) and bacilli found in several fermented foods using the tools of molecular biology. Areas odf interest is food biotechnology, Molecular biology, bionanotechnology and bioinformatics.
