Prakash Motiram Halami is currently a Senior Principal Scientist in the Department Microbiology and Fermentation technology Central Food Technological Research Institute, India. He completed B. Sc. in Agriculture Punjabrao Krishi Vidhyapeeth, AKOLA Maharashtra State, M. Sc. in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), PUSA, New Delhi and Ph.D. in Mysore University, Mysore.
Research Interest
Antibiotic resistance in lactic acid bacteria, their transferability, genomics of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria.
