He is an engaged as a prinicipal scientist with expertise in chemical bioprosessing using agro residues for ethanol production.
Research Interest
Bioreactor and photobioreactor development. Novel wet air oxidation pretreatment of ligno-cellulosic agro-residues for ethanol production and other products. Intensification of fermentation using pervaporation. Bioprocess modeling and simulation. Environmental engineering. Food wastes to value-added products. His research interest includes Algal Bioengineering for integrated CO2 capture and conversion to value-added food, feed and fuel-grade product.
