Biography
Currently employed as senior scientist in grain science technology department,CFTRI he has expertise in biological activities of grain phytochemicals,functional foods and nutraceuticals. He has fellowships (1998-Postdoctoral Fellowship from Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS), Tokyo, Japan and 2011-United Nations University- Kirin Fellowship)
Research Interest
His area of research interest is biochemistry and food chemistry.
